Reporting to the National Clinical Lead, the Clinical Governance and Compliance Manager: Positive Behaviour Support, is responsible for overseeing compliance with evidence based practice and legislation within the positive behaviour support space. Including review and evaluation of resources, assessments, training, and NDIS commission submissions regarding restrictive practices.

**About your new role**
As a Better Rehab Clinical Governance and Compliance Manager, your day could include:
- Ensuring the service is up to date with the latest clinical compliance requirements for the positive behaviour support space in the NDIS
- Proactively identifying gaps in practice or compliance and sustainable, suitable and scalable solutions for compliance
- Implementing strategies and solutions in a timely, cohesive and structured manager working collaboratively with peers
- Ensuring all submissions to the NDIS around restrictive practices are in line with legislative requirements
- Assisting with report review and clinical audits in line with business protocols including analysis and overview of key findings and trends for quality improvement recommendations.
- Assisting and contributing to NDIS Commission Information and Audit information request responses
- Reviewing of templates, assessments and intervention approaches to ensure best practice selection and implementation
- Support and analysis of clinical interventions in line with evidence based practice
- Liaison and relationship building with research institutions such as universities in line with furthering the evidence and understanding of best practice in the positive behaviour space
- Mentoring, clinically supervising and providing quality assurance for team members and the broader MDT
**About you**
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology or relevant similar degree
- Post Graduate experience in Psychology, Clinical Governance or other similar fields preferred
- Specialist capability in the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework (essential)
- Relevant Australian Registration and Governing Body Certification
- Current Drivers License
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- National Police Check
