What You'll Do
The Visitor Experience Officer is responsible for delivering proactive, responsive, and high-quality service to all visitors at Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria. With the opportunity to work across both Melbourne and Cranbourne Gardens, this role ensures visitors receive clear and welcoming information upon arrival and leave with a positive and safe experience. Additionally, the Officer helps protect the site by enforcing key RBGV regulations.
