We have one of the largest dedicated teams with decades of cumulative experience in sustainable design, fire and life safety, cost management, façade engineering, commissioning, building performance, waste management, environmental consultancy, carbon management, and acoustics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical expertise on facade systems, materials, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and cost-effective facade solutions.
- Conduct facade assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and facade performance analyses.
- Oversee facade construction, quality control, and site inspections to ensure design intent is met.
- Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues from concept design to detail design, as well as the construction stage. Coordinate with all project stakeholders.
- Work with the in-house design team to produce the project deliverables.
- Provide quick sketches to illustrate design ideas, substantiate by preliminary structural
calculations.
- Keeping up to date with Façade market/standards/code of practice.

**Essential Skills**:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in facade consultancy, design, or engineering.
- Knowledge of Australian building codes, facade regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
