Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer II to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will conceptualize, create and develop new construction projects for commercial and mixed-use buildings through all phases.
  • He/She will assist in leading teams of architectural designers on domestic commercial buildings and international mixed-use building types.
  • The role involves preparing construction drawings using Building Integrated Modeling (BIM) and drafting software such as AutoCAD.
  • The ideal candidate will also develop and integrate sustainable green building strategies for LEED certification.
  • Collaboration with consultants from ancillary design disciplines of landscape design, lighting design and interior design is essential to deliver comprehensive results.
  • The person appointed will prepare tender issuance drawing sets and facade VMU and PMU drawing sets.
  • Liaising with contractors and approving submittals in the construction administration phase is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Grasshopper plugin within Rhinoceros 3D for complex geometries during the design process is required.
  • Applying advanced knowledge of V-Ray rendering techniques to articulate experiential design ideas is also necessary.
  • The individual must be able to implement Revit building information modeling techniques and CAD drafting knowledge to generate complete construction drawing sets.
  • Additionally, they should utilize Adobe Creative Suite software for high-end visualization and publication quality presentation materials.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design or a closely related field is mandatory.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in Architecture is required.
