**Qualifications & experience**
- Have a current valid drivers licence.
- Experience in customer service/sales would be beneficial, but not essential. Training provided.
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude with a go to attitude.
- Must be able to work unsupervised and within a team environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with RCM (Rental Car Manager) - not essential, full training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends when required on a rotating roster.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Interact with customers, prepare and finalise rental agreements, take bookings and answering general customer enquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Completed rental agreements in a timely, accurate manner, using RCM (Rental Car Manager) program.
- Meeting KPI targets.
- Some light detailing and driving may be required at times.

This Role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, enjoys the thrill of closing a deal, enjoys a variety of tasks during there working day and working in a fast pace environment, with good all round skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
