Betta Auto Hire have been hiring Vehicles in the Redlands for over twenty years. We are a family owned and operated automotive rental company. Our wide range of modern vehicles hired to both private and corporate clients. We pride ourselves in our outstanding customer service and our willingness to always go that extra mile for our customers.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- The role is responsible for the smooth handover and return of vehicles to our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Opening and closing rental agreements.
- Ensure customer rental agreements are completed accurately using Rental Car. manager program.
- Selling additional over the counter rental products.
- Ensure fleet integrity including: fleet maintenance schedule is maintained, managing. Vehicle damage.
- Assisting in the delivery of Vehicles to our Customers.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Have a current unrestricted drivers licence.
- Experience in customer service/sales would be beneficial, but not essential. Training provided.
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude willing to attempt any task at hand, while delivering superior customer service.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to work unsupervised and within a team environment.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work outdoors with the ability to multi-task and be highly organised.
- Experience with RCM (Rental Car Manager) - not essential, full training provided.
- The business operates seven days per week, must be available to work weekends when required.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

- Cleveland, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
