Temporary HR Coordinator Role | Full Time Role for 6 Weeks | Work from Home & Inner Melbourne Office

**Your new company**
A small Not for Profit based in Melbourne's inner suburbs needs a HR Coordinator to support their day to day HR activities on a temporary basis. Working with a close-knit HR team, you will be adding value to the over all HR function.

**Your new role**
Ready to jump in? Your key responsibilities will involved:

- Supporting recruitment
- Following up on training requirements
- Compliance
- Supporting HR Advisor with BAU HR
- Diary & inbox management

**What you'll need to succeed**
Prior experience in a HR role is essential, within any sector. Ideally you will have exposure to HR policies, procedures and awards with the confidence to approach Managers and discuss HR matters. You will have strong communication and be good with changing priorities.

**What you'll get in return**
A full time, 5 days per week, HR Coordinator role based in Melbourne with work from home options. This is a temporary role expected to last 6 weeks, it may extend. You will work in the NFP sector and make a difference to the community both in Australia and internationally.
