We provide a physically and mentally safe workspace and treat everyone with respect. _We value honest and open communication and empower our people to grow, learn and enjoy their work._ - We have a great team culture and office environment and we invest in our people with training and team development."_ **Daily Duties**: - Manual landscaping takes such as planting, mulching, soil spreading, edging, rubbish removal, weed and pest management, and general site works. - Attend daily morning site toolbox discussions. - Correctly utilising personal protective equipment. - Attending TAFE as required to complete coursework. - Other landscaping tasks as directed by Site Supervisor. **Selection Criteria**: - Eager to learn and follow instructions - An interest in the landscape construction and horticulture industry - Punctual and hard-working - Physically Fit - Honest & Trustworthy - Hold a current driver's license and reliable vehicle - Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test - Construction White Card, or willing to obtain **To Apply**: Submit a copy of your most recent resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the position. - Please note: To be eligible for an apprenticeship or a traineeship, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have full working rights._
