**About the Position**

**About You**
- have certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- have currently approved Child Protection Qualification for NSW Children’s Services
- have valid First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training, Food Safety Training as well as Working with Children Check clearance
- be a reflective educator who is committed to ongoing learning.
- be passionate about delivering exceptional educational programs
- demonstrate sound knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach and Early Years Learning Framework
- utilise technologies to enhance learning and teaching
- understand and adhere to the College’s Child Safeguarding policies and practices
- contribute to the continuous improvement of Child Safeguarding at Newington.
