**Position Overview**:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic educators - trainees, Certificate III holders, or those **currently working towards their Certificate III**. Opportunities exist for part-time, permanent casual, and casual positions, with plenty of room for professional growth and career progression within our family-owned centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and educational programs for children.
- Support the developmental, social, and emotional needs of children.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and families.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
- Contribute to the implementation of service policies and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III, **or currently working towards these qualifications**.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- Passion for working with children and commitment to professional growth.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
