For decades, the Islington Hotel has provided guests with an unforgettable mix of heritage, tranquillity, and bespoke luxury. Recently refurbished to seamlessly blend tradition with contemporary style, the hotel offers plush furnishings, mesmerising views of Mount Wellington, and a newly revamped restaurant that celebrates Tasmania’s finest produce.

**About the Role**

As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee every aspect of the guest experience, from ensuring seamless day-to-day operations to creating memorable guest interactions. You will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team, curating dining experiences in our stunning restaurant, and hosting exclusive events in our transformed event spaces.

- Proven experience in boutique or luxury hotels, with a dedication to creating personalised guest experiences
- Strong eye for detail, especially in upholding the character and elegance of a heritage property
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team committed to excellence and hospitality
- A passion for Tasmania, local produce, and sustainable practices
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
