TTC Tour Brands, home to renowned names such as Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Costsaver, and Contiki, is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the stunning Western Australia territory. This is a permanent part-time position, with a minimum of three days per week, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

Whether you’re an experienced Sales Manager or a Sales Gun looking to break into the travel industry, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. Manage your territory like your own business, building and maintaining relationships with key trade partners and uncovering new opportunities with your hard work and positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Marketing Plans: Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for key accounts in Western Australia.
- Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular contact and support.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents via weekly sessions, presentations, and e-commerce strategies.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Ensure effective use and placement of marketing materials in key account agencies.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and beneficial trade/consumer events.
- Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries, ensuring timely reporting.
- Group Business Management: Foster group business from initiation to departure, maintaining agent contact throughout.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget efficiently, adhering to policies.

**Qualifications/Knowledge**:

- Proven experience in sales management and account management.
- Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Intimate knowledge of the travel agency network, distribution chains, and key account relationships is advantageous.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic feedback.
- Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills.
