Are you a problem-solving pro with a passion for customer satisfaction? We have an exciting opportunity for a Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our client’s team in beautiful Byron Bay

As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all jobs are completed to the satisfaction of our client’s valued customers. This includes handling compliance, addressing property damage, and meeting basic installation requirements. Your main goal will be to do whatever it takes to get the job finished and the case closed

**The Role**:

- Conduct satisfaction calls with customers.
- Identify any issues and create corresponding cases.
- Coordinate and arrange all necessary tasks with third parties or office staff.
- Proactively follow up with all parties involved to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Confirm with solution providers that the offered solution has been delivered.
- Provide feedback to management on installer quality and customer experience.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a case management or complaints resolution role.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Takes ownership and demonstrates a proactive attitude.
- Task-oriented and motivated to drive projects to completion.
- Confident and forthright in communication.
- Focused on customer satisfaction and success.
- Compassionate and empathetic in customer interactions, with a strong customer service attitude.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
