- The opportunity
- We are currently looking for a passionate Member Solutions Specialist to join outbound contact centre team working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in a full-time position
- What are we looking for?
- Adaptable to changing requirements of our members
- Resilience and the ability to handle a variety of different calls
- Great communication skills
- Results driven with proven ability to meet specific KPI’s
- What will you be doing?
- As an outbound sales and service consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Making a number of outbound calls to members daily
- Having meaningful conversations with our existing members on their current RAC products
- Providing support and general advice to new members
- Work to conversion not product sales
- Member centric retention Team
- You will be trained in Auto Services and Tyres to broaden your scope
- Not sales focused, KPIs are driven by booking members in for our services
