Seeking an experienced Education Officer for developing online and in class learning content.

This not-for-profit organisation provides educational services for students, teachers and school communities with the goal of increasing intercultural understanding via a range of learning workshops, presentations and projects within school settings.

Their mission is to foster Australian school student’s interfaith and intercultural understanding to bring communities together.

**Your new role**

As an Education Officer, you will be responsible for online and blending learning (for teachers, students and parents) while actively maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity, displaying a positive attitude and team focus, and effectively developing the organisation’s online learning program.
- Lead teacher professional develop activities such as overseeing the development and delivery of face to face, online and blended teacher professional learning
- Design, deliver and review a range of online courses that meet the needs of Department of Education’s requirements and the organisation’s mission
- Maintain current knowledge of research and curricula in different states, policies and strategies relating to intercultural understanding and inclusion

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have tertiary qualifications in Education or a related field with at least 3 years’ of experience
- Demonstrated experience in educational design (including instructional or learning design) to support the development and delivery of organisation’s programs within education sector
- High level of communication and literacy skills
- Ability to effectively engage with various levels of stakeholders
- Advanced technical skills and knowledge of Google Suite, cloud-based video conferencing such as Zoom, and project management platforms
- A Working with Children Check or will acquire one if successful

- Located in Sydney CBD with hybrid working arrangements. Travelling Australia wide will be required for this role.
