***About the role**

The Director Governance, Risk, Audit, and Workplace Services will develop and uplift our governance framework, risk management strategies, and audit processes.

This is a key leadership role that will drive enhanced stakeholder confidence through effective workplace services ensuring compliance, boosting operational efficiency and fostering a positive organisational culture.

Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for building a team of professionals to help deliver on governance, risk, audit and workplace services initiatives.

**About You**

You are a strategic leader with a proven track record of successfully managing governance frameworks and compliance initiatives in a complex organisational environment.

You possess a deep understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements, combined with the ability to translate these into actionable strategies that drive organisational success.

You are experienced in leading and overseeing accommodation, fleet, and workplace services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organisation and its customers.

The role requires a high level of business acumen, with a thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant governing legislation. Your focus on continuous improvement in business operations and processes optimises value and flexibility.
