As the Brand Marketing Specialist will have responsibility for Retail brand strategy, advertising, PR, content and social, internal design, and creative agency relationships. You will lead a growth strategy, delivering impactful creativity that engages customers and keeps them choosing our brands.
You will define the multi-brand architecture, tiering, and positioning across our portfolio. You will develop and embed brand vision, propositions, and creative platforms that drive customer loyalty.
You will leverage customer insight and market trends to execute outcome-driven marketing plans aimed at amplifying key seasonal trends. You will drive creativity, innovation, and impact through contextual marketing activity across social platforms.
You will build a category-leading content strategy to guide investment in differentiating programs as we scale our platforms. You will maximize the impact of content investment and have a clear view of our next growth opportunities to make informed strategic decisions based on insight and experimentation.
You will have a passion for developing people, ensuring the right focus on building the capability of the Brand and team to support their growth and capability to execute best-in-class outcomes. You will influence internally and externally to ensure the voice of the customer is front and center in our marketing approach.
**Your Experience**:
To be successful in the role you will be a seasoned marketing leader with a genuine passion for both the brand and the customer. You will have commercial experience with a focus on delivering impactful creativity across BTL channels, combined with a strong record in elevating brands. You will have the expertise to harness the power of storytelling to engage diverse audiences and deliver business outcomes.
This is a brand and marketing role in an agile, high-growth business. Moving at pace and shifting seamlessly between strategy and creative execution is critical while establishing the standards and structures essential for the long-term growth of Ally Fashion.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- National Brand & Product Marketing Communications including, but not limited to promotional activity, retailer sales material, and digital content creation for owned and earned channels.
- Ownership of brand marketing strategy & execution for critical product launches, to internal and external customers including retail store, website content, launch activity, POS & PR
- Close collaboration with cross-function teams to deliver key strategic projects.
- Management of external agencies & your internal team to deliver Social Media and APP strategy, content development, KPI setting, and measurement.
- Champion brand identity across all channels
- Marketing, Communication, or Commerce Tertiary qualifications
- A minimum of 4+ years marketing and/or brand-building experience
- Proven track record of creating and implementing through-the-line campaigns with commercial outcomes.
- A positive and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strong and proven experience in collaborating with creative agencies and internal creative studios.
- An ability to work autonomously, and as a member of a team to deliver competing priorities
- Experience in performing arts or related industries desirable.
- Excellent skills across retail, digital tools, and platforms including Microsoft Office software, social media platforms
- Experience managing agency/supplier relationships
