Join our team as the Merchandise Planner
As a Merchandise Planner, you will be a trusted partner to support brand/category strategy for our products. We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person for our planning team. You will mostly work with our buyers.

**What you’ll do**:
- Analyse sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance to assist in the development of merchandise plans, including seasonal OTB, inventory planning, and repeat order strategies.
- Manage and maintain the OTB for the area(s) of responsibility analysing sales, margin & inventory.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities including online events and markdown strategies.
- Publish and maintain reports with the highest level of detail.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed of fashion industry trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to buyers.
- Work closely with the buying and ECOM team to ensure alignment of merchandising strategies with overall business goals. (Achieving critical financial targets such as sales, profit, stock turn, and sell-through)
**What we are looking for**:
- Degree qualified and have at least 3 years’ experience as a merchandise planner for multi-channel retail environment
- Fast-fashion retail or eCommerce planning experience required
- Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for data and reporting
- Sales-driven individual who is adept at working in a changing environment
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail to meet timelines and demands
- Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to build rapport with cross-functional teams within the business.
