**The position**

As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will be a valued member of the front-line team who assists our customers with their general enquiries.

This is a permanent full-time position during regular business hours with four weeks of annual personal leave and two weeks of sick/carers leave.

All team members work from our office in Narre Warren.

**Core functions and duties**
- Responding to pre-sales technical queries
- Monitor social media support channels
- Produce blog posts and FAQ articles to educate customers
- Have fun and learn more about our core values and services
- Exceptional customer service skills
- An interest in technology with the ability to learn and absorb information
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to empathise and put the customer first
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

**Any previous experience in the following areas would be highly regarded**
- Customer service
- cPanel (WHM)
- Domains Names
- Experience with DNS
