**Core Functions and Duties**
- Responding to high level complaints that are escalated during customer service interactions
- Responding to and assisting customers that have left negative feedback
- Managing customer cases that require a high level of customer service expertise
- Responding to and managing domain eligibility eligibility complaints (liaising with customers and regulatory agency)

**Key Skills**
- Excellent Customer Service skill
- Ability to resolve high level complaints and deescalate frustrated customers
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Understanding of web hosting products, domain policy and customer control panels.
