The Opportunity
The Sheridan Print Production Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for the creation, production, delivery and installation of all customer-facing print collateral and visual merchandising material / propping across the entire Sheridan store network.
This role also has the responsibility of creating and maintaining all campaign calendars, timelines, and financial trackers for the department.
Your new role as a Print Production VM Coordinator
- Assist in creating innovative window concepts and instore displays in line with the VM business calendar and marketing seasonal planner.
- Work cross functionally with graphic design, marketing, and retail departments
- Assist with sourcing of customer facing VM props and materials.
- Work closely with VM Manager to compile clear and strong briefs for the graphic design team in prep for seasonal campaigns and launches.
- Work closely with our Graphic Design team to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely hand over of artwork.
- Work closely with our print partners to compile technical print briefs with material / substrate specifications and allocations.
- Coordinate store walk throughs to achieve creative sign off from cross functional stakeholders. Ensuring highlights / feedback are captured for mass production.

- Exceptionally Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- 1-2 years' experience in a head office environment
