About the Role
We are looking for our next Online Fulfilment extraordinaire. The purpose of this role is to achieve service and cost targets for multi-channel Online Fulfilment Sites through effective team leadership, accurate inventory management, and execution of the Sheridan Logistics Strategy and Brand Service Experience. Key to your success will be your ability to build effective teams through your coaching and development skills and partnering with key stakeholders to drive a high performance & a best practice succession culture.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- a strong people manager with the ability to lead, support and empower team members to achieve their goals and purpose
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- A working knowledge of an online business or logistics
- Advance communication skills and experience in influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Flexible nature with proven ability to lead through an ever changing and fast paced environment
