THIS IS A FULL TIME PERMANENT ROLE BASED IN SYDNEY

You will be part of the Product team delivering on strategic initiatives for Network 10, with a focus on 10 play, one of Australia’s leading free streaming services. Reporting to the Head of Product (Digital Media), you will help to deliver and own parts of an ambitious roadmap to transform the way users consume video.

**Functions will also include**:

- gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements
- monitoring competitors and industry trends,
- owning BAU and growth priorities and working closely with design, development, content, marketing, sales and research teams.
- planning and delivering across many products/platforms
- make recommendations on how we deliver products that truly delight our customers.

What are we looking for in a Product Manager? What’s important?

**About you**:

- You love building digital products that are innovative, feature-rich, and drive engagement.
- You can translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- You know how to document and prioritise epics, stories, acceptance criteria and release mapping with consideration and managing of dependencies
- You can work closely with internal technology teams and external partners to define milestones and ensure on-time, in-scope, and within budget delivery.
- You are a master of prioritisation
- You have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- You are a natural problem solver, great communicator and a team player.
- You are proactive and you play well with others.

**About your skills and experience**:

- at least 2 years working in a product manager role.
- experience working in an agile development environment, ideally within digital media
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- understanding of user-centred design and user testing
- an enthusiastic attitude with strong communication and organisation skills.

**Extra brownie points for**:

- Demonstrating tech-savvy achievements
- Understanding of video streaming and digital advertising
- Experience in a media, adtech or martech company
- Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
- Experience in managing concurrent online projects or cross-functional teams
- Understanding of analytics and interpreting data
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
