As our Regulatory Advisor, reporting to the Manager Regulatory Affairs, you will represent The Star in communications and interactions with the casino regulator and other regulatory authorities. Additionally, you will ensure rules, game guides, policies and procedures comply with statutory requirements as well as managing all administrative requirements relating to product and process change submissions.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will support the Regulatory Manager in formulating measures to reduce the risk of breaches relating to casino legislation and regulatory requirements.
**A few of your responsibilities**
- Liaise with the government regulatory and statutory authorities and provide information as requested by the regulator.
- Responsible for drafting regulatory responses and facilitating information through business stakeholders.
- Building trust and transparency with the regulator.
- Coordinate and prepare submissions to the regulator for new products and regulated processes changes.
**What we are looking for**
- Technical / Professional Knowledge of Gaming
- An understanding of relevant statutory and reporting requirements
- Strong ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- The ability to be organised and possess strong planning skills

You are an expert at providing guidance to large organisations, helping them navigate complex regulatory framework, interpret laws and implement necessary changes to policies and procedures. You have a passion for maintaining business integrity, upholding ethical standards and fostering a culture of compliance.
