**The Position**
We are seeking an individual who thrives in an environment where they can create an exceptional end to end customer experience. As a Customer Service Coordinator reporting to the Head of Customer you will be responsible for:

- Providing a comprehensive range of customer service, and administration support across the business, with primary tasks:

- Process orders and enquiries in an accurate, efficient and timely manner whilst engaging with internal stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise
- Gain a wide range of product and technical knowledge and provide support to our internal team, owning the delivery of updates and regular reports
- Opportunity to interact / troubleshoot closely with a whole range of staff across our business as part of this role
- Act as the first point of contact for any customers service needs for our customers, suppliers, carriers
- Communicate effectively with the relevant Managers, internal departments, key stakeholders and customers

**About You**
- Be familiar and highly competent in using Microsoft Office 365, and be tech savvy, can confidently learn and navigate internal ERP and eCommerce platforms
- Have superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a natural problem solver with the ability to exercise sound judgement and offer solutions.
- Ultimately you are looking for a new beginning within a great team environment where you will be valued and recognised with continued training opportunities
- Customer service experience will be advantageous, the ability to work empathetically with customers to ensure optimal service is delivered with a customer centric attitude which demonstrates the ability to meet their ongoing needs is critical
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, key stakeholders, and the internal team
- High motivation to work independently and be self-driven as well an effective member of the customer service team
- Have a demonstrated understanding of the rural and agricultural sectors
- An Agribusiness similar degree will be highly regarded
