**The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Non-Custody Operations department within our Product Administration team. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective service outcomes are attained which aim to exceed the expectations of our clients.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Reconcile domestic cash & asset positions, international cash & asset positions, margin lending cash & asset positions and tasks as required for managed fund holdings held on the reporting platform
- Ensure pre-requisite reconciliations tasks for Quarterly Reporting and annual tax reporting processes are completed within the service levels and to audit-compliant standards
- Work closely with the PARS and Corporate Actions teams to ensure overall data integrity and service quality
- Liaise with external registrars as needed to ensure accuracy and quality of PARS client data
- Maintaining IPS system, ensuring holdings are up to date
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of issues or problems raised and facilitate response within a timely manner.
- Analysis and problem solving and communicate and escalate all issues/initiatives to the Team Leader in a timely manner

**Key skills required**:

- Previous reconciliations experience within the financial services industry
- Administration experience within Portfolio’s, Managed Funds, Product, Investments or Platforms preferred
- Previous experience in Non-Custody operations, Corporate Actions, Transitions preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail, analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent client engagement skills
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
