Working out of our St Leonards Office.
Salary of up to $60,000 excluding Superannuation.
**A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM YOU'LL**
Onboarding of new participants
Creation of service bookings
Gathering information from clients prior to allocations process
Conducting risk assessments via phone screening
Working closely with our Business Development area to create service agreements
Following up sent service agreements for acceptance
Attending regular scheduled meetings
Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure client satisfaction and manage strong, positive stakeholder relationships
Reporting to National Administration Manager
**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE**
NDIS industry experience
High attention to detail and great follow up skills
The ability to juggle a multitude of task simultaneously
Professional communication and customer service
Strong problem solving skills
Working knowledge of scheduling systems

Take Charge is a leading provider of allied health services. At Take Charge Assessment and Therapy, our philosophy is simple. Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- NDIS: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
