**About the Role**

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee, lead and manage the Food & Beverage outlets through highly visible operational support and essential shift coverage, according to the established concept statement providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Hyatt Regency Perth’s Standards of Performance.

This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional hospitality career within a global company; either in Australia or overseas.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- You will ensure that all shift responsibilities including attending to guest enquires, requests and complaints are attended to and will inspect all outlets and guest contact areas ensuring all areas are prepared for service.
- Your engaging personality will see you prepare for and meet VIP guests, key members and visitors
- Your experience in the Events Service will allow you to lead the Events team and daily functions and special events accordingly.
- This is a hands-on role and will see relieving manager/supervisor shift activities and carry-over issues requiring resolution or attention identified allocated a priority.
- Prior experience will see you develop systems and processes for effective communications and processes within the departments.
- This role manages the financial aspects of the outlets and Events including budgets, payroll, profit & loss reports, sales analysis, cash-flows and credit facilities.
- You will also be facilitating team and individual goals in consultation with team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Hospitality qualification (or equivalent) would be desired
- Relevant work experience in the same or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and juggle a busy work load
- An ability to analyse, translate and interpret information from different sources
