**Hospitality Food & Beverage Coordinator**:

A unique opportunity awaits for an experienced Hospitality Food & Beverage Coordinator to join the dynamic team at VenuesLive WA who operate Optus Stadium.

The Hospitality Food & Beverage Coordinator assists in the leadership and management of a team of food and beverage service professionals, supporting in the execution of the end-to-end process, with focus on front-line delivery of food & beverage operation to Optus Stadium’s corporate and member areas to include corporate functions, MASE (Meetings & Special Events) and member dining spaces.

**_ Your focus will be:_**
- Oversee corporate conferences, events, exhibitions, trade shows, social events, and other unique functions
- Coordinate the set-up of function rooms, bars, and restaurants across event days and MASE
- Submit the beverage, dry goods, and linen requisitions and effectively manage stock to ensure mínimal wastage
- Assist in the preparation of major event day paperwork, signage requirements, ensuring licensing is up to date, menu board creation
- Coordinate and conduct briefings with operational staff
- Actively assist, train, development, and coaching of casual employees
- Undertake an event day operational role on major events including AFL, cricket, concerts and more

- Be proactive with solution focused problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skill
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar catering and/or food and beverage service delivery position
- Sound Food & Beverage and Food Safety knowledge (HACCP)
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and observe the liquor license laws & regulations
- Competency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Approved Managers Certification
