**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Are you ready to take on an exciting role that drives growth and fosters long-term relationships? We're looking for a Relationship Manager to join Prestige Inhome Care to drive business for Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula. If you have a passion for supporting the community and building sustainable referral connections, this opportunity is for you

**Responsibilities include**:

- Generate new revenue by meeting potential referral contacts face-to-face
- Increase the volume of new enquiries by identifying and developing referral sources
- Build new relationships through research and identification of potential sources
- Maintain strong relationships with existing referral sources
- Manage and update the CRM Database (Sugar)
- Achieve Quarterly revenue and new client targets for your territory
- Meet monthly KPIs
- Complete quarterly sales action plans in line with business needs

You will be a brand ambassador for the business. You will be knowledgeable in Prestige’s service options and be able to represent Prestige Inhome Care as a preferred service provider.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in sales and account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and allied health professionals
- Solid planning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Strong and assured abilities in delivering presentations.
- Highly developed customer service and relationship management skills
- Organised and efficient with excellent administrative skills
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
