**Do work that matters**:
As a Relationship Executive, you will provide meaningful solutions for a flagship portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. Understanding the specific needs and goals of your clients will help you to use your relationships to help them understand new opportunities.
You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

- A highly skilled Business Banking Analyst and ready to take the next step in your career
**More specifically, you will**:
- Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities.
- Consult closely with clients to gain an in depth understanding of their individual needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions. This will include supporting with lending requirements from $1M to $100M.
- Using your market intelligence, drive strategy and deal execution with a focus on origination, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions.
- Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio, working collaboratively with the Analyst teams to support high quality credit submissions.

- Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
