Figlia is a casual Pizzeria which is focused on naturally fermented pizza's, chargrilled snacks, mínimal intervention wine and classic cocktails. We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, wine focused and experienced individual to join our team in as a FOH Supervisor.
- Join a new exciting venue from the team behind the successful CBD venues - Tipo 00 & Osteria Ilaria
- Ongoing training amongst a team of career hospitality staff

Our new venue is a casual Pizzeria which will be focused on naturally fermented pizza's, chargrilled snack, mínimal intervention wine and classic cocktails. We offer a deli & bottle shop service throughout the course of the day via our sister venue, Grana.

We are looking for a friendly & experienced supervisor who wants to grow & develop with our brand new venue.

Figlia is open Wednesday to Monday so you will be required to work weekends, we do however ensure that our team has at least two consecutive days off each week.

The role will require you to have:

- At least 1 years experience in a busy restaurant/bar
- A can-do attitude, enthusiasm & an eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail & desire to offer exceptional hospitality
- Great communication skills & an ability to work as part of a team
- Drive, initiative & a passion for food & drink
- Bar experience & good wine knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Must have a current RSA
