Chas Clarkson is the National market leader in seasonal event design and illumination and requires an organized and enthusiastic _**Sales Assistant **_5 days a week between August to December 2024.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling phone enquires, acting as the main client interface for incoming calls
- transferring calls to the appropriate team member
- Manage sales orders via the phone and Web Site, including order collections, and returns
- Keeping Chas Clarkson dispatch register up to date with sales orders
- Assisting in showroom when required, including showroom maintenance, activation and deactivation on a daily basis
- Manage the sales order process
- Assembling and sending client quotes
- Manage the Showroom day end procedure, daily register totals and eftpos subtotals

- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Ability to contribute and be a part of a successful team
- Ability to be practical and hands on
- Natural 'go-getter', self-starter
- Ability to work autonomously but keeping department heads informed of all issues and problems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have working knowledge of cash handling and eftpos systems

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
