This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a Casual contract basis as a **Receptionist**based at RSL LifeCare's Flagship facility RSL ANZAC Village, Narrabeen.
You will be part of the Narrabeen administration team being the first point of contact for residents, relatives and employees, managing the day-to-day administration and receptionist functions for all ANZAC Village.
In this role you will provide a broad range of general administration support including but not limited to making appointments, first point of contact at reception, high volume of inbound calls, diary management, bookings, contractor management, petty cash, filing and scanning.
**This is a Casual Contract role**:_A typical day and hours will be: 9am to 5pm, days will range from Monday to Sunday & the successful applicant must be available to cover Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Public Holidays and weekends _**_.

**Our expectations are you will**:
- Have experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation
- Be available to accept shifts at short notice, or cover periods of annual/ sick leave
- Be highly organised and be able to demonstrate excellent time management
- Be able to manage a reception area including a high-volume calls
- Have excellent IT skills: computer literate with Microsoft Suite and can pick up systems easily
- Have excellent English written and verbal skills

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
