Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking to employ an Accounts Officer.

**Job Description**:
The position is based in our office in Naval Base. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your duties will include but are not limited to:
**_ Key objectives & responsibilities for the position:_**
- Create and maintain supplier accounts.
- Receipting of goods in accounting system.
- Matching, batching and accurate coding of supplier invoices.
- Ensure all outstanding invoices are investigated and escalate queries as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

Required skills, experience & attributes:_**
- TAFE qualification in accounting.
- A minimum two (2) years of transactional accounts experience is essential, ideally within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Experience using Pronto will be highly regarded.
- Solid computer skills with intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
