About the role:
Great opportunity to join Dexus as Property Manager for NSW Industrial portfolio, reporting into a Portfolio Manager. This role is based at Quay Quarter Towers in Sydney CBD looking after a portfolio of 20 assets across Western and South-Western Sydney. Full responsibility of day-to-day performance and operations of the assets and management of the facilities management team and associated stakeholders.

How will you make an impact:
- Partner and develop strong stakeholder relationships across stakeholders and providing high level of customer service.- Develop strong relationship with Facilities Management teams ensuring properties are managed effectively.- Single point responsibility for overall operational performance.- Responsible for collating monthly reporting and budgeting.- Manage properties financial performance.- Ensuring customer journey from onboarding to offboarding is enjoyable.

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Economics, Finance is preferred.- 3 + years’ experience in Property Management.- Experience managing multi-assets/multi tenanted assets.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.- High attention to detail and time management skills.
