- Drive operational excellence by conducting both covert and overt inspections, managing cases, and preparing meticulous documentation for enforcement actions, including prosecutions.
- Embark on exciting field missions to inspect regulated retailers and smoke-free locations, ensuring strict adherence to legislation.
- Dive into investigations with passion, taking decisive enforcement actions against breaches, all while adhering to established policies and guidelines.
- Infuse a sense of style and efficiency into compliance activities, ensuring a seamless and effective approach in line with established protocols.
- Collaborate with a team of dynamic professionals to strategically target high-risk areas, maximizing regulatory impact and outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping strategic compliance programs, contributing to innovative initiatives for continual improvement.
- Uncover hidden insights through data analysis, identifying statewide trends and opportunities to elevate compliance programs to new heights.
- Navigate the legal landscape with finesse, preparing compelling briefs and confidently representing cases in court when needed.
- Elevate your impact by assisting in crafting Ministerial briefings, showcasing your expertise in regulatory and compliance matters.
- Embark on thrilling journeys across NSW, working hand in hand with other authorities to ensure compliance and regulatory excellence.

**About you**
- Ability to manage challenging situations with members of the public, especially during the issuance of Penalty Notices.
- Awareness of the diverse views and interests of stakeholders, navigating contentious issues with diplomacy and tact.
- Experience in regulatory and compliance activities, including interpreting legislation.
- Capability to balance work volume and quality effectively despite limited resources.
- Proficient in resolving conflicts, managing difficult interactions, and de-escalating situations using well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly across different environments and contexts.
- Strong organizational skills honed in high-volume, demanding professional environments.
- Proven capacity to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Skilled in engaging, collaborating, and negotiating with customers and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships to deliver results with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel throughout NSW, including overnight stays in regional or remote areas, with a current NSW driver's license.
