Permanent Position - Assets and Compliance Manager

Eligible for ‘not for profit’ salary packaging

Opportunity:
As our Assets and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in our property team. You will assist in managing our large and complex property portfolio, ensuring all codes and compliance requirements are met.

You will also:
- Develop, implement, monitor, and report on buildings and infrastructure compliance
- in accordance with current legislation and health and ageing regulations.- Be responsible for editing and updating Policies and Procedures and managing the Property intranet- Project manage various compliance works, whilst working with the Manager of Asset Management.- Regularly configure and develop the property/assets database and maintain/administer the Property & Asset Management Information System.

You must have:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position, preferably Residential and Retirement Aged Care- Property management, asset management or facilities management experience with knowledge of building codes, WHS and property related compliance requirements.-
