About your new role

Who are you?- Demonstrated experience in a compliance or auditing role- Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach, focus on process and governance, and strong analytical skills.- Proven experience effectively communicating with senior leadership through accurate and insightful reporting.- Demonstrate proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office Suite, Workday (HRIS), and other relevant compliance software.- Experienced in making decisions that effectively balance commercial objectives with stakeholder needs.- Demonstrated experience identifying and proactively addressing areas of potential risk.- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills.
