Eversafe Fire & Safety is seeking an experienced Fire Extinguisher Technician to join our team in Morningside, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of fire extinguishers for our commercial clients. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance of our customers equipment.
**What you'll be doing**
- Conduct regular inspections, testing and maintenance of fire extinguishers to ensure they are in full working order
- Install new fire extinguishers at client sites
- Daily operation of Simpro software
- Maintain detailed records of all work completed and report any issues or concerns to the team
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients
- Work closely with the broader Eversafe team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
**What we're looking for**
- Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing & QBCC Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Fire Extinguisher Technician, preferably within the trades and services industry
- Strong practical skills and technical knowledge of fire extinguisher maintenance and repair
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow safety protocols
- A full driver's licence, blue card, police clearance essential
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
