**The Opportunity**
- Lead and own Kyle's presence on TikTok and Instagram (predominantly)
- Create thumb-stopping content that aligns with our brand and makes people talk
- Spot trends and jump on them fast, we always want to be ahead of the curve
- Analyse performance data to optimise reach, engagement and conversion
- Bring bold ideas to the table We want innovation, not imitation
- Collaborate across teams to amplify key campaigns and messages
- Is self-managed, creative and confident in your ideas
- Knows how to grow and engage an audience, not just post for the sake of it
- Loves both storytelling and strategy
- Has experience with social media analytics tools and insights
- Understands platform algorithms and what makes content stick
- Can shoot, edit or creatively direct short-form video content
