Our opportunity

**This role will see you**:
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather and prioritise their digital needs aligned to their respective business strategies and objectives (using tools such as the opportunity canvas).
Coordinate and align dependencies, synergies, overlaps and gaps between the Digital teams.
Manage the Business Analysis and Delivery Lead capabilities in the Digital team.
Oversee funding across the Digital portfolio, supporting teams with budget allocation and portfolio forecasting.
Capture and track tangible and intangible benefits associated with Digital solutions.
Build, coach, and develop a high performing team that embraces quality and customer centricity, attracting and retaining high quality talent for the organisation.
As a technology thought leader, provide guidance and insight to business stakeholders and customers on how technology can be used to drive business value in an increasingly digital age, building understanding for the value proposition and investment needed.

Your point of difference

10+ years working in Enterprise technology, supporting business value creation through collaboration.
Experience of modern technology concepts and deliver methods such as Agile and Design Thinking.
Experience managing complex programs of technology initiatives.
Strong experience leading highly technical resources, whilst equally engaging extensively with non-technical internal and external business stakeholders to collaborate on outcomes.
Strong business acumen, presentation, communication and listening skills.
