**Overview
To lead and manage the Advice Team by:

- Optimising the Team’s productivity and leading the team to meet business goals and performance outcomes
- Ensuring the team provides quality and compliant advice to members of our partner superannuation funds
- Management of the Team SLA’s around workflow and SOA delivery
- Influencing and maintaining strong internal referral partnerships
- Assist in the development of Adviser skills and personal plans
- Support Telephone Advice Manager in management of key stakeholders and the delivery of client Projects and key process improvement initiatives for the Team

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**

Strategic Focus
- Contribute toward Influencing and leading culture change
- Assist Telephone Advice Manager in managing software system and process improvement roll outs for Advice teams

Operational Management
- Manage and monitor relevant team conversion to achieve advice metrics (PA 4
- Help supervise diary management to optimise Advisers weekly productivity
- Be able to assist in ad-hoc additional appointments may be required to assist in team resourcing
- Provide weekly/monthly referral reports for our internal referral stakeholders
- Attend monthly meetings with referral partners

People Leadership
- Monthly Individual Catch-up - review performance and IDP.
- Organise monthly Team meeting.
- Manage the on-boarding process for new advisers.
- Assist Telephone Advice Manager in rollout of PD days every quarter and present when required.

Governance & Risk
- Participate in call monitoring as part of internal/external compliance Audits.
- Assist in investigating escalations and complaints from members and internal stakeholders.
- Meet all requirements relating to being a representative of an Australian Financial Services Licensee as laid out by Link Advice.

- Completion of Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning/RG146 compliant for personal advice) with view to complete and meet the new FASEA requirements or Graduate Diploma in Financial planning (completed or enrolled in the course)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in financial planning, economics, business/finance or accounting is favorable.
- Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register
