**Calling experienced venue managers with a proven track record of managing high volume, premium restaurants and bars.**
This stunning, destination venue is looking for its next venue manager, to lead a high-performing team and take the restaurant to the next level.

**The Role**
- You will manage all day-to-day activities of the venue, including the bar, restaurant, bookings, events and activations
- You will be across financial reporting, managing COGs and finding new and creative ways to drive revenue
- You will be managing a large team focussed on exceptional guest experience and where attention to detail is paramount
- You will motivate the existing team with a focus on training, development, succession planning and foster a positive workplace culture
- You will be super passionate about what you do, with high energy and a positive attitude
