Venue Manager – Brisbane, Australia
What You’ll Do
- Lead the floor during peak service periods with confidence and charisma
- Host guests, embody the brand, and uphold the venue’s elevated reputation
- Coach and mentor a large FOH team to deliver exceptional, consistent service
- Collaborate closely with senior group leadership to evolve culture and standards
- Manage daily operations including rostering, budgets and wage control
- Drive training initiatives and professional development across the team
