- **The Role**_

The scope of this role involves the following duties:

- Leading a small team of supervisors across a range of schools and colleges.
- Oversee cleaning activities in line with day-to-day scope of works.
- Travel to each site in order to liaise with supervisors, client contacts and conduct site audits.
- Assist with staff rostering to meet site requirements and maintaining timesheets.
- Managing site equipment, consumables and work orders.
- Managing site budgets, preparing quotations for ad-hoc work and adhering to KPIs.
- Oversee delivery of periodical cleaning schedules.
- Hands-on cleaning tasks where needed.
- Training staff to ensure they understand their duties and perform to the best of their abilities.

This is a full-time, hands-on position and may from time to time require some weekend work to meet event cleaning and periodical cleaning schedules.
- **What kind of person will succeed in this role?**_
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sectors.
- Prior periodical cleaning experience and confident in using specialised cleaning equipment such as high-pressure washing machines, carpet steam cleaners and ride on scrubbers etc.
- Natural leadership abilities and a passion for problem-solving.
- Customer-centric individual - with a passion for ‘going the extra mile’ to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Confident and enthusiastic individual, with demonstrated relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Mindset for innovation and passion for continuous improvement.
- Must hold a valid NSW driver’s licence and be willing to travel between sites on a daily basis.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a clear Police Check and Working With Children Check.
