An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Cleaning Supervisor to support the Tip Top Chullora site. Reporting to the Hygiene & Service Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to lead and oversee all cleaning activities as well as build relationships with various senior stakeholders.

Purpose of the Role
- Leading and directing sanitation activities
- Coordinate & schedule cleaning roster
- Form strong relationships with site operations leaders
- Assist cleaning machinery and sites as required
- Lead and suggest continuous improvement initiatives within sanitation
- Provide strong leadership that will keep staff accountable for their work
- Daily reporting and maintaining cleaning schedules in computer based systems

About You
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation cleaning standards within Food
- Ability to build relationships with various senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage different situations and push back when needed
- Flexible around working hours, including occasional weekend work
- Have a ‘hands on' approach with ability to complete ad-hoc work
- Permit to work, confined space and working at heights certification are desirable
