So, what is the opportunity?
We’re looking for individuals with strong customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles who are eager to transition into the corporate environment. Our Brisbane office offers a range of opportunities for you to grow and collaborate with our operational teams, supporting clients both locally and internationally
As we continue to expand, we'll have openings in customer-facing roles, dedicated claims handling positions, and travel management teams. You’ll have a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service in previous roles.
You’ll be adept at handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
You’ll have the ability to empathize with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
You’ll be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
You’ll demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
You’ll be able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
You’ll bring experience in working within a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
You’ll have good tech skills and general computer competency
