Due to growth and acquisitions, we have multiple operational support positions to commence before the Christmas period. You'll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 4 – 5 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home on a hybrid model.

START DATE: 3rd November 2025

So, what is the opportunity?

We're looking for individuals with strong customer service experience in retail, hospitality, corporate or other customer-facing roles who are eager to continue or transition into the Travel Insurance space. Our Brisbane office offers a range of opportunities for you to grow and collaborate with our operational teams, supporting clients both locally and internationally.

As we continue to expand, we'll have openings in customer-facing roles, dedicated claims handling positions, and travel management teams. If you're successful, our Talent Acquisition team will work with you to identify where your skills can be best utilised – we're committed to finding the perfect fit for your career

• You'll have a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service in previous roles.
• You'll be adept at handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• You'll have the ability to empathise with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
• You'll be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• You'll demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
• You'll be able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• You'll bring experience in working within a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
• You'll have good tech skills and general computer competence.
