Work for an Australian charity organisation in a dynamic role reporting directly to the managing director in a small business undergoing major growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Banking
- End-to-end payroll including SGC & STP lodgements
- BAS preparation
- Systems administration for finance and inventory
- End-of-month close
- Financial Reporting
- Liaising with external accountants for tax related matters
- Work closely with the Managing Director to refine the accounting processes of the business

**Your Experience**:

- Confidence building relationships with key stakeholders in building rapport and providing exceptional service to clients and suppliers
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll + Financial reporting (Social services or NFP experience advantageous but not essential to apply)
- Advanced experience with accounting systems(Xero) and excel (V-lookups, pivot tables & formulas)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, time management & prioritisation skills
- Proven skills being a problem solver, using your initiative and being proactive
- Ability to collaborate with a team as well as work autonomously
